As all our personalised products are made to order and have no intrinsic value on the open market, we are therefore, unfortunately, unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty. For personalised goods that are faulty or different from those you ordered, please contact us within seven days on 0844 567 8228 or send an email to email@example.com. Please, then, return them in the original packaging to our address below.
