Missing item(s) from my order?

If your order contains more than one item, please note we may deliver in separate packages. Please check your confirmation email with your order details.

You can check the status of the missing item by using the CO number next to your invoice number.

Why has my order not been delivered?

If the carrier has been unable to deliver your order to your delivery location, it may be for one of the following reasons:

That you may not have been in at the time of the delivery attempt.

The driver was not able to enter the premises.

It could be due to the incomplete/insufficient name or address provided.

The name on the parcel does not match the name or number of the doorbell

If you have selected an untracked service, please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered.
